A: This depends on many things including: - The speed of your internet connection. - the route you are booking In general our system should be able to provide you with a price in under 30 seconds. If you decide to proceed and make a booking, we aim to ask a minimum number of questions in order to complete this process and providing you have all the necessary information to hand then the complete process should take less than 4 minutes. Q: How do i book if i am travelling in a rental car? A: Our booking system gives quotations based on make and model of vehicle. When you reach the stage of our quote engine that asks for vehicle details, please ensure you select either the exact vehicle you will be hiring, or the closest match available in the list. If you proceed to make a booking, then please enter your vehicle reg as 'TBA'. Once you have the correct vehicle reg you will need to contact us so that we can add this to your booking. Q: Why are there no timetables available? A: The answer depends on the time of year. Most Southern European ferry companies do not operate sailings all year round and in some cases may only operate routes for up to 3 months of the year. Where sailings are operated on a seasonal basis, timetables are sometimes not released for the next season until the last minute. In most cases, we will publish timetables as soon as they are released. In all other cases, as soon as timetables are available, we will publish them on our website. If this does not answer your question, then please contact us. Q: When are timetables released for next year? A: For routes that operate year round, timetables are usually available from September. For seasonally operated routes, timetables may not be released until the last minute. In all other cases, as soon as timetables are available, we will publish them on our website. If this does not answer your question, then please contact us. Please note, we cannot make provisional bookings in anticipation of timetables being released. Q: Can I book all ferry routes online? A: No. At the moment, around 85% of routes can be booked online 24/7. Any other routes will need to be booked by telephone/email. We are constantly increasing this percentage and if there are any updates then we will notify you if you are subscribed to our newsletter. Q: Can I book an open return ticket? A: In some cases you may select 'I do not require onboard accommodation / reserved seating' however on some sailings (mainly night sailings) a seat / cabin is compulsory and the option to abstain is not available. Q: Why do you need to know the passenger names?
